Staying Fit Although Often Stay Up
Stay up as a habit for
modern society. Jobs or tasks that accumulate also requires us to reduce sleep
hours. In fact, the body requires sleep for 8 hours an day, although this
portion is different and depending on age, activity and medical conditions. The
health impacts caused by the frequency of staying up can not be taken lightly.
Many diseases that lurk if you neglect to maintain sleep patterns, which also
affect the diet and lifestyle.

4. The quality of sleep
Sleep quality is
not determined by the amount of time, but the quality of your sleep is comfort.
5. Sports
Spend your time to
exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Exercise is very useful to keep your body
stability. Even better if you exercise in the morning, while enjoying the sun
to gets of vitamin D.
