Dehydration is a
condition when the body loses more fluid than it gets, which makes the body's
sugar-salt balance disturbed and can’t perform its normal function. The content of water
in a healthy human body is more than 60 percent of total body weight. In addition to

Dehydration can made a person become
tired easily. Symptoms of dehydration are like dry mouth, thirst, dizziness, headache, feeling weak, low blood pressure, dry skin, fever characterized by decreased weight, dark urine,

consumption as much as 2 liters. If sweat is high enough then the amount of
